It's nice that there is something to eat if you are with a group of people going to Cold Stone and can't eat gluten or dairy. There are actually quite a few things you can eat that are gluten-free, although I wonder now how well they clean their tools and work surface between customers.
I always think it is awesome when companies provide this kind of extensive allergen information.
