Well, I am trying to plan my first week gluten-free and I was thinking salad would be a good lunch. Then it struck me that my favorite salad dressings may have gluten in them. So I send my first inquiry to a company and was thrilled to get a response back in little over an hour.
Here's what I got from Brianna's :
