Ok, I don't eat much of this sort of thing but this was really good. A gluten-free friend of mine suggested some foods to keep on hand for emergencies and this was one of them. I was not prepared for lunch yesterday and find it is so much harder to wing it on a restricted diet. So I pulled this out of the freezer and heated it in the oven. It was very good.
And the ingredient list is full of actual foods, words I can recognize and the nutritional information looks good for this sort of thing.

I have eaten this a couple times when I was pregnant and it was very good for something from the freezer! I agree that it is nice to have on hand for lunches when you forgot to plan something.
