I often use virgin coco...Can you have coconut oil? I often use virgin coconut oil as a super-healthy, non-processed butter substitute. True, the flavor is different, but it's suprisingly versatile. It's great on gluten-free toast with honey or cinnamon-sugar. I love it on vegetables of all kinds, and it works beautifull in baked goods. You'd want the unrefined kind that still has that light coconut flavor. The subtle sweetness is addictive.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
